    We respect your right to privacy and providing a transparent way to remove your data.

    Automated Request (Recommended)

    If you have an active account, you can request data erasure directly from your dashboard.

    1. Log in to your Client Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to the Privacy & Data Rights tab.
    3. Click on the "Request Erasure" button in the top right corner.
    4. Confirm the request in the pop-up modal.

    Manual Request via Email

    If you cannot access your account or wish to make a manual request, please email our support team.

    Note: Requests are typically processed within 48-72 business hours.

    Important Note on Statutory Retention

    As per Indian Income Tax and GST regulations, certain transaction records and tax filings must be retained for a period of up to 8 financial years. While we will remove your active profile and personal data from our marketplace immediately, statutory logs will be archived securely until the legally required retention period expires.
