As a marketplace connecting clients with financial consultants for services like Income Tax (ITR), GST, TDS, and Audits, we handle highly confidential information and maintain the highest standards of data security.

To provide our services, we collect the following types of information:

• Identity Information: Name, PAN, Aadhaar details, and contact information.
• Financial Data: Bank statements, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and investment details.
• Tax Documents: Previous ITR filings, GST registration details, and TDS certificates.
• Communication Data: Messages exchanged between clients and consultants on our platform, including via WhatsApp Business API.

We use the WhatsApp Business API (provided by Meta) to facilitate communication between Consultants and Clients. By using our service, you agree to receive notifications, reminders, and document updates via WhatsApp.

• We do not share your tax documents with Meta; the API is used solely for text-based notifications and communication routing.
• You can opt-out of WhatsApp communications at any time by following the instructions in the "Privacy Rights" section of your dashboard.

Your data is processed only for the following purposes:

• Facilitating tax planning and filing services.
• Matching clients with the most qualified financial consultants.
• Ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws and regulations.
• Improving our platform's financial insights and tools.

No Data Selling: We never sell your personal or financial data to third parties.

Consultant Access: Your data is shared only with the specific consultant you have engaged for a service. All consultants on our platform are verified and bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Technical Security: We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit. Your documents are stored in secure, encrypted cloud environments.

We retain your tax data as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with statutory legal obligations (typically up to 8 years as per Indian Income Tax laws).
